Overwhelm Be Gone: Joe Carabase shows how

joe carabaseI met Joe Carabase at a conference a couple of years ago. I thought at first he was John “Roman” Romaniello, who is a fitness expert who is also a fun writer. It turns out Joe wasn’t Roman, although they could be cousins, but he also is a fitness expert and unbelievably enjoyable writer.

Joe stood out to me at the conference because he had serious guns…the size of average guy’s calves.

When I introduced myself I added “Are you in the fitness industry?” (As if…)

He smiled and said “How did you guess?”

That was the start of a fun conversation that continues on.

In some ways, Joe, like Roman, reminds me of Click and Clack the car talk guys.

Even if you’re not into cars–which I’m not–you still love to tune in because of the entertainment value of their work.

The big difference with Joe is I DO care–a lot–about fitness and his material is at the elite level of quality.

I was caught off guard with today’s ezine article because I thought it would be another one of his stellar “How to get a max workout in min time” but that’s not what it was.

It was actually something more important.

Here tis…

I’m pretty excited to give you this 6 minute workout, so excited my mullet is flaring right now as I type this out…something interesting I found about myself; when I get amped up, my mullet flares. Oops I digress which I always seem to do about my mullet.
But I’m pumped because if you follow this 6 minute workout, TODAY – NOW I know your life will change for the better.

This is NOT a physical workout either…. although it could lead to something physical. (that’s what someone said)

Here it is:

Step 1: Set a timer for 1 minute write down all areas of your body/mind/life you need to work on – ONLY 1 minute. The short time frame will force the most urgent issues to the top of your mind.

Step 2: Circle the MOST pressing issue

Step 3: Take 5 minutes and establish a plan to improve it.  Why only 5 minutes? Just like the short time frame given above, longer will paralyze you – trust me. Answer the following questions:

  • What needs to be done?
  • Who do you need to help you?
  • What will motivate you to get this done?
  • What will you need to read or listen to?
  • What potential issues do you see arising?
  • How will you respond to these issues?
  • How will you track this?
Step 4: Take action on your plan
And BadaBING – progress is happening.
Don’t think you are above this either. I do it myself and I have online clients from all over the world, from executives to high level athletes to every day ass kickers do this stuff too and guess what, they kill it in all aspects of life.
If I could be of help, let me know :)
Click “like” above and share with friends – appreciate you
